As the anticipation for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London mounts, so does the trepidation regarding the city’s public transportation system. Many Londoners are worried about how well the subway system will hold up when the onslaught of Olympic Game ticket holders arrive. Much of the fear is based on current issues and problems that plague the subway system on a daily basis.
Effective July 1st, all US citizens seeking a Russian visa will have to use the new application form. The announcement was made last week and the new form is currently available on the Russian Consulate websites.

Beginning July 4th 2011, there will be several changes to the current UK Student Visa process.
In the past, temporary UK visa holders working and living in the UK had the option of applying for a UK settlement visa when their temporary visa was up. On June 9th, 2011, the UK High Commission announced a proposal to change this option so that temporary work visa holders will no longer be eligible to apply for a settlement visa at the end of their visa term.
