We can help any US citizen, anywhere in the United States. However, because expedited passports must be submitted at Regional Passport Agencies, and because some operate differently than others, we use one of six Agencies when processing new passports.
We process most of our clients' passports through the Regional Passport Agencies located in:
By having capacity at all six of these locations we are well-equipped to handle any client need, regardless where her or she lives.
Not only can we provide the fastest possible turnaround, but unlike expediters who only have access to one or two Regional Agencies, we never have to turn a client away. If the Chicago agency is full, for example, we can just send the application to one of five other locations, without skipping a beat.
Because there are only 25 Regional Agencies, most applicants simply do not live near one, and must therefore rely on an expediter to get a new passport quickly. This means that the application packet must be express shipped to the expediter in order to be processed anyway.
There are no Regional Passport Agencies in Maine, New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Alaska.
That's a lot of people who have no easy access to getting an expedited passport-- unless of course they enlist our help!
In many circumstances, even if an applicant lives in the same state as a Regional Office, it may be inconvenient or impossible to get there in person. For example, we have many clients from Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando, Florida, even though there is an office down in Miami.
Often, our clients do have access to a nearby Regional Agency, but they can't get an appointment in time to make the trip. We don't have to set appointments to submit client applications, so we can often "jump in line" and have our clients' applications processed sooner than they could do it alone.
Here's a complete list of Regional Passport Agencies.
